Voronezh
Technological Institute was founded in 1930.
It was the
first engineering Institution in the city. The teachers were to
train engineers for starch and treacle, sugar, fermentation and
spirit industry, to carry out the scientific researches, elaboration
of new technologies and equipment.
In 1975 the
Institute started the training of foreign students from all over the
world. And in 1994 Voronezh Technological Institute acquired the
status of the Academy. Now this is Voronezh State Academy of
Technology. |
